Who runs this site
This website is the personal portfolio of an independent designer based in Spain and working under the name Kaisho Design. Kaisho Design is a trade name, not a registered company. You can reach us at hola@kaisho.design.
What this site collects
Nothing on its own. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no forms. Fonts, scripts and images are served from this site, so your browser does not contact any third party when you visit. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for a short time, for security and to keep the site running.
Emails you send us
If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run the project. We do not share it, sell it or add you to any mailing list. The legal basis is your own request to be contacted (article 6.1.b of the GDPR). We keep the conversation while it is useful and delete it when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to its use or ask for a copy, by writing to hola@kaisho.design. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
The work shown here
The designs, text and images on this site are our own work unless stated otherwise. Please do not reuse them without asking. Some projects link to live sites; we are not responsible for what those sites contain once they leave our hands.
