Who sells these templates
Kaisho templates are sold by Alvaro Arce Frutos, working under the trade name Kaisho Studio (not a registered company). Tax ID (DNI): 48838316R. Address: Calle Carril del Lucio 8, Beniaján, Murcia, Spain. Contact: alvaro@kaisho-studio.com. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What you are buying
You buy a licence to use the template, not the template itself. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it starts when your payment is completed and access is delivered. The design, code and files remain the property of Kaisho Studio.
What you can do
You can use the template on as many websites as you want, personal or commercial, and you can customise it freely. You can also use it in client projects: if you build a website for a client with the template and deliver the finished website, that is allowed.
What you cannot do
You cannot resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the template or its source files, whether as they are or modified. You cannot upload them to a marketplace, template gallery, file-sharing site or public repository, and you cannot present the template as your own product. Delivering a finished website to a client is fine; handing a client the template or its source files so they can reuse or resell them is not.
What you need to use it
Every template page lists its requirements before you buy, such as the Framer plan it needs. Those plans and any other third-party subscriptions are yours to hold and pay for.
Support
If something in the template is broken, write to alvaro@kaisho-studio.com and we reply within two working days. Support covers the template as delivered. It does not cover custom changes or work on your own site. We may release updates to a template, but updates are not promised.
Refunds
Templates are digital products delivered immediately, and refunds follow our refund policy. The same policy sets out the refund and cancellation rules for services (website projects and Template Customisation). By buying, you accept it.
Liability
The template is provided as it is. Within what the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a template is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the legal notice and privacy page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. A change applies to purchases made after the date at the top of this page and does not affect what you already bought.

Quién vende. Los templates de Kaisho los vende Alvaro Arce Frutos, que trabaja con el nombre comercial Kaisho Studio (no es una sociedad registrada). NIF: 48838316R. Domicilio: Calle Carril del Lucio, 8, Beniaján, Murcia, España. Contacto: alvaro@kaisho-studio.com. Los pagos se procesan a través de Stripe.
Qué compras. Compras una licencia de uso del template, no el template en sí. La licencia es no exclusiva e intransferible, y empieza cuando se completa el pago y se entrega el acceso. El diseño, el código y los archivos siguen siendo propiedad de Kaisho Studio.
Qué puedes hacer. Puedes usar el template en tantas webs como quieras, personales o comerciales, y personalizarlo libremente. También puedes usarlo en proyectos de clientes: si construyes una web para un cliente con el template y le entregas la web terminada, está permitido.
Qué no puedes hacer. No puedes revender, compartir, sublicenciar ni redistribuir el template ni sus archivos fuente, ni tal cual ni modificados. No puedes subirlos a un marketplace, galería de templates, sitio de intercambio de archivos ni repositorio público, ni presentar el template como un producto tuyo. Entregar una web terminada a un cliente está bien; entregarle el template o sus archivos fuente para que los reutilice o los revenda, no.
Qué necesitas para usarlo. Cada página de template indica sus requisitos antes de comprar, como el plan de Framer que necesita. Esos planes y cualquier otra suscripción de terceros corren por tu cuenta.
Soporte. Si algo del template no funciona, escribe a alvaro@kaisho-studio.com y respondemos en un máximo de dos días laborables. El soporte cubre el template tal como se entrega. No cubre cambios a medida ni trabajo en tu propia web. Podemos publicar actualizaciones de un template, pero no se prometen.
Reembolsos. Los templates son productos digitales que se entregan de inmediato, y los reembolsos se rigen por nuestra refund policy (en inglés). La misma política fija las reglas de reembolso y cancelación de los servicios (proyectos web y Template Customisation), con una versión en español. Al comprar, la aceptas.
Responsabilidad. El template se ofrece tal como es. Dentro de lo que permite la ley, nuestra responsabilidad por cualquier reclamación relacionada con un template se limita al precio que pagaste por él. Nada de lo anterior limita derechos que la ley no permite limitar.
Privacidad. Cómo tratamos tus datos se explica en la página de aviso legal y privacidad.
Ley aplicable. Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, conservas además los derechos de consumo obligatorios del país donde vives.
Cambios. Podemos actualizar estas condiciones. Un cambio se aplica a las compras hechas después de la fecha indicada al inicio de esta página y no afecta a lo que ya compraste.
