Refund policy.

Templates: digital products

Refunds are not allowed. Our templates are digital products delivered immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you request immediate access and accept that you lose any right of withdrawal once that access is delivered.

Templates: when we refund in full

We refund in full in three cases: you were charged twice for the same template, you were charged an amount other than the published price, or something in the template is broken and we cannot fix it within fourteen days of you reporting it.

Templates: when we do not refund

We do not refund a change of mind, a template bought by mistake, or a Framer plan that does not include what the template needs. Every template page lists its requirements before you buy.

Templates: source files

Source files such as Figma documents, where purchased, are not refundable once the download has been sent.

Templates: how to request a refund

To request a refund, write to alvaro@kaisho-studio.com within fourteen days of purchase, quoting your order number. We reply within two working days.

Services

1. What this covers. This section applies to services sold by Kaisho Studio: website projects (plans from €690 and from €1,490, and custom quotes) and Template Customisation. Digital templates are covered in the sections above. By buying a service you accept this policy.

2. Website projects. Website projects are paid in three milestones: 30% to start, 40% at staging and 30% at launch. Each milestone pays for the work delivered up to that point. If you cancel before work has started, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to that point. Milestones already paid cover that work and are not refunded, and no further milestones are due. If the staging link is not delivered within 3 working days of an agreed design direction or deposit, the deposit is refunded.

3. Template Customisation. The price is US$490, paid in full at checkout. We promise your website live in 5 working days, or US$200 back. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain. The clock starts once you have asked us to start (through the intake form we send you after purchase, or by replying to our email) and we have everything we need from you: your logo, text, photos, access to your domain (registrar or DNS) and any approval we ask for. It pauses whenever we are waiting on you. "Live" means published and connected to your domain. DNS propagation, which we do not control, does not count against the 5 days. If your website is not live within 5 working days counted this way, we refund US$200 to your original payment method. The rest of the price stays with us and we finish your website. If you have not given us what we need, the guarantee does not apply. Unlimited changes are included during the 5 days. The service covers the pages of the template. New sections are quoted separately.

4. Cancelling Template Customisation. If you cancel before we start, we refund the full price. If you cancel after we start, we refund the part not yet performed, calculated fairly from the work completed.

5. Consumers in the EU: right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. We start the service only when you ask us to. By asking us to start during that period, you acknowledge that if you then withdraw you will pay a proportionate amount for what has been performed up to that point. If the service has been fully performed after you asked us to start and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal, the right ends once it is complete. Businesses have no statutory withdrawal right, and sections 2 to 4 apply.

Reembolsos de servicios

Las reglas de los templates (productos digitales) están arriba, en inglés. Esta sección recoge las de los servicios.

1. Qué cubre. Esta sección se aplica a los servicios que vende Kaisho Studio: proyectos web (planes desde 690 € y desde 1.490 €, y presupuestos a medida) y Template Customisation. Las plantillas digitales se rigen por las secciones anteriores. Al comprar un servicio aceptas esta política.

2. Proyectos web. Se pagan en tres hitos: 30% al empezar, 40% en la versión de pruebas (staging) y 30% en el lanzamiento. Cada hito paga el trabajo entregado hasta ese momento. Si cancelas antes de que empiece el trabajo, se devuelve el depósito completo. Si cancelas después de empezar, pagas el trabajo realizado hasta ese momento; los hitos ya pagados cubren ese trabajo y no se devuelven, y no se deben más hitos. Si el enlace de staging no se entrega en 3 días laborables desde una dirección de diseño acordada o el depósito, se devuelve el depósito.

3. Template Customisation. El precio es 490 US$, pagados por completo al comprar. Prometemos tu web en vivo en 5 días laborables, o 200 US$ de vuelta. Días laborables: de lunes a viernes, salvo festivos en España. El plazo empieza cuando nos has pedido empezar (mediante el formulario que te enviamos tras la compra, o respondiendo a nuestro email) y tenemos todo lo que necesitamos de ti: logo, textos, fotos, acceso a tu dominio (registrador o DNS) y cualquier aprobación que pidamos. Se pausa mientras esperamos algo de ti. "En vivo" significa publicada y conectada a tu dominio. La propagación del DNS, que no controlamos, no cuenta contra los 5 días. Si tu web no está en vivo en 5 días laborables contados así, devolvemos 200 US$ al método de pago original. El resto del precio se queda con nosotros y terminamos tu web. Si no nos has dado lo que necesitamos, la garantía no se aplica. Incluye cambios ilimitados durante los 5 días. Cubre las páginas de la plantilla; las secciones nuevas se presupuestan aparte.

4. Cancelar Template Customisation. Si cancelas antes de empezar, devolvemos el precio completo. Si cancelas después de empezar, devolvemos la parte aún no realizada, calculada de forma justa según el trabajo hecho.

5. Consumidores en la UE: desistimiento. Si eres consumidor, puedes desistir en 14 días desde la compra sin dar motivo. Solo empezamos el servicio cuando nos lo pides. Al pedirnos empezar durante ese plazo, reconoces que si luego desistes pagarás un importe proporcional a lo ya realizado. Si el servicio se ha ejecutado por completo después de que pidieras empezar y reconocieras que pierdes el derecho de desistimiento, el derecho termina al completarse. Las empresas no tienen derecho legal de desistimiento y se aplican los apartados 2 a 4.
